Project Management, Probability of Success and Agile
A project, regardless of the domain, context, method, process or framework is going to be successful only when we know what capabilities are needed to accomplish the mission or fulfill a business strategy.
Program management principles are based on closed loop controls. That requires a feedback loop to assess progress is being made toward the target set point.
The Iterative and Incremental software development processes (some of them known as “Apollo process”) are now collected under the framework of “modeling the system”, determining the needed Measures of Effectiveness, Measures of Performance, Technical Performance Measures as a description of Done.
Senticore is always developing a “product roadmap” to deliver those in the needed order, while responding to the “emerging” requirements as those capabilities are deployed.
This is the Senticore approach to Agile.
